Well since we got the craft fayre out the way I'd hoped to pick up a few of the projects I'd laid aside to concentrate on smaller items and general stock. Instead though I seem to have body swerved them and have been focusing on new and *exciting* things, like painting and a new carving.

The latest carving should hopefully be finished in a few days, it's been a real joy using my new gouges and some softwood for a change. I've also finished a couple of paintings today, nothing special, more a distraction than anything else, one was done as part of an on-line challange (except I'm going to have to do another onwe for that as I failed to read the instructions properly) and the other involves loo roll and is inspired yb Jolene's latest ATC's [link]
